Montelukast Sodium And Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets are used for Allergic rhinitis, Controller medication for asthma, Inflammation of the nose due to an allergy, Exercise-induced bronchospasm prevention, Chronic idiopathic urticaria and other conditions. Levocetirizine and Montelukast is a combination which relieves sneezing and runny nose due to allergies. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic which blocks a chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist.  The tablets are made for use in the variousconditions as they have combination of three drugs.
